POLICIES Payment Methods Two Monkeys accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express via our encrypted secure server. Shipping Info I want you to get your Two Monkeys’ items as quickly and as inexpensive as possible. I ship most orders via United States Postal Service (method depends on weight). If you require overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping, just let me know and we'll calculate shipping charges accordingly. Larger orders (including wholesale) may be shipped via UPS Ground. Every item is handmade or hand embellished just for you.  Your order will be shipped within 2 business weeks of processing. (Please Note: Wholesale orders will take longer, due to their larger quantity.)  I will advise the expected delivery date via email. Shipping Cost 10% of order - except wholesale.  All wholesale orders will receive a bill for the actual shipping amount. Sales Tax 6.00% sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of South Carolina. Exchange Info I want you to love your Two Monkeys’ gift!  I will be glad to exchange your item for another if you are not completely happy.  Just contact me with the details of your exchange.  All exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment date.  No refunds. If you received a Two Monkeys’ gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please send an e-mail to  jennifer@twomonkeys.info along with the purchaser’s name and I will be happy to exchange the item for you. All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Fabric The fabric on your items will be the same, but pattern may vary depending on the cut.  Ribbons may vary based on the colors you have chosen and the ribbon availability. Gift Card Info If your order is a gift and you would like for us to ship directly to the recipient - I will be glad to include a gift card. Please indicate your need for a gift card and what you would like to say on the card in the special instructions section. Gift Certificate Info I love gift certificates because your friend can pick out exactly what they want.  There is not a date on the gift certificate.  It can be used as quick or as slow as you want.  There are also no refunds on the gift certificate.
